Content management and real-time moderation

Real-time content management, administration and moderation of a social network.

The work on this project consists in real-time full management of a social network created by the advertising agency Graffiti BBDO for a local Bulgarian campaign for Pepsi International / Quadrant Beverages. The campaign duration was four months. A team of four content managers was dedicated to support the campaign by managing the ongoing content real-time, administer and moderate the social network during the campaign. A total number of 1,940 blogs with more than 12,000 users performing more than 100,000 real-time moderated actions are managed during the campaign.
